By using this website and/or any of the services offered by this website will be based on your Acceptance and compliance of these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors & users who access or use the services provided by this website.
By accessing or using the services provided by this website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree or do not accept these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using this website.
It will be the sole candidate’s responsibility to make right test selection. We take no responsibility for selecting the candidate’s test type. You must check test type from a solicitor/immigration advisor or Home Office website before booking your test. Information on this website is only to guide you.
It is the responsibility of the candidate that whilst filling the booking form online all Personal details are mentioned correctly.
All candidates booking their test online will receive a confirmation email with all test details. If any candidate arrives late at the test centre later than the time mentioned in the email, UK English tests will not be responsible for such delays on the part of the candidate. It is advised to leave early for the test centre to avoid getting late under any circumstance.
The test fee is non transferable. It cannot be transferred to any other candidate or to any other test type.
A valid ID must be submitted at the time of booking the test online. Candidate must also ensure that they have the original ID with them and that has to be carried to the test centre for ID and security checks. The ID must be within date (valid). Failure to use the correct ID or failure to carry the correct ID to the test centre will result in, candidate not to be allowed to sit for the test and there will be no refunds at all.
In case of cancellation of test services by the candidate, there will be a deduction of an Administrative charge of GBP 10 & remaining refund will be issued.
All refunds will be made to the cardholder’s debit/credit card used at the time of booking within 7-10 working days of the refund request.
